Jacky is a founding Principal of TJZ Structural Engineering Ltd. and specializes in large-scale commercial, residential and institutional projects from inception to completion with proven records in delivering excellent projects on time and on budget, working closely with architectural firms, developers and contractors.
Jacky has excellent experience in RFP documents, pre-tender construction cost estimate, contract administration, structural design and analysis in concrete, steel, masonry, and timber structures. Jacky is capable of producing practical and cost-effective designs under challenging deadlines.
Jacky is proficient in structural analysis and design software, such as ETABS, SAFE, S-Frame, SAP2000, STAAD, and PCA programs, skilled in finite element analysis using ANSYS and ABAQUS, proficient in AutoCAD, and good working experience in project delivery with BIM platform.
